Citing a lack of sales and an uncertain economy, the would-be local developers have decided they cannot proceed with a proposed residential/commercial project on Elizabeth Street, beside the Lord Dufferin Centre.

The development, One Elizabeth Street, was to include retail spaces and 32 “life lease” condominium units aimed at the seniors market.
