Shelburne 3

On Nov 7, The Hockley TV Atom Rep Wolves travelled to Collingwood for an exciting game of hockey.

The teams were neck and neck for the entire game, but unfortunately, Shelburne couldn't pull out that needed winning goal.

Scoring for Shelburne were Justin Graham (unassisted), Owen Bennington (Jeffrey Brett, Justin Wing), and Jake Nicholson (Graham).

Shelburne 4 Oro 2

The following night, the team hosted Oro for yet another close game.

Wing (Brett, Bennington) scored in the first minute of the game.

A beautiful pass from Brett allowed Wing to score for Shelburne once again.

The team has really gotten the hang of working together with Nicholson scoring the third goal from Jamie Bennett and Graham.

The final goal for the Wolves was by Wing ( Brett, Bennington) with fifteen seconds left in the second period.

Owen Sound 9

Shelburne 3

Shelburne hosted Owen Sound on November 15. The team popped into defensive mode but struggled to hold Owen Sound back.

Jamie Pate was awesome between the pipes, making a record amount of saves for Shelburne. Brett was able to pop one in with a beautiful wrist shot (Wing, Alek Gombik). Graham (Bennett) scored as well, much to the delight of the fans.

With 3 seconds left in the game, Graham (Bennett, Gombik) added one more for Shelburne

On Nov 20, the Wolves travelled to Arthur for an exciting first tournament of the season. The team won all three of their games and came home Tournament Champions.

The fans were kept on the edge of their seats in the first game against Arthur where the team really worked together to keep the opposition hopping.

Scoring for Shelburne were Justin Wing (Alek Gombik), Justin Graham ( Jamie Bennett), and Bennett (Graham).

Shelburne 3 Stayner 1

The second game against Stayner certainly saw lots of excitement for both the team and their fans.

Shelburne came out strong, making some beautiful passes and plays.

Scoring for Shelburne were Jeffrey Brett (Graham), Wing (Brett, Owen Bennington), and Graham (Jake Nicholson, Bennett).

Wasaga Beach 1

The excitement reached its peak when they met their rivals,Wasaga Beach, in the championship game.

Shelburne came out strong once again, and were able to show the fans their skill and good sportsmanship.

Goalie Jamie Pate and the defensive crew, including Gombik, Mackenzie Smillie, Matthew Taylor, Mitchell Lee, and Jackson Seeley really kept Wasaga Beach out of the scoring. Points for Shelburne were Brett (Bennington), Graham (Bennett), and Bennington (Wing and Gombik).
