Photo/LAVINIA KERR Wednesday afternoon traffic trying to travel on 10 Sideroad just west of Highway 10 in Mono were turned around because a water tanker truck, attempting to navigate the curb, flipped on its side. Emergency personnel responded to the scene, including police, fire and ambulance. The condition of the driver was unknown at press time.
