Here Hazel Keating, a staff member at the Avalon Retirement Centre surprises Dolly Walton with one of the bouquets. Parsons' made deliveries to the Bethsaida Retirement Home, Family Transition Place and individual residents on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Village Green, located in Erin, and French's Flowers, located in Shelburne, delivered bouquets to Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne Residence and local police.
