Site work for the fourth and final phase of the Settlers' Creek subdivision, Wilside Phase 4, is under way, after getting the goahead from Orangeville Council last week.

This fourth phase will have 68 detached homes generally with 40-foot frontages and requires four new streets.

The streets will be named Sandringham Circle, St. Paul's Place, England Avenue and Maude Court.

Water supply and sewage treatment will be allocated to the subdivision once Sunvale has posted a security for the subdivision plan and an agreement is made.

The developers will be covering the entire cost of the subdivision and pay development charges as well.
