Mono rider set to race on the world stage

     CRUSHERS ON A ROLL.With the regular season fast approaching, the Orangeville Crushers are wasting no time establishing themselves in the Tier II Junior A league. Orangeville hooked up with Newmarket on the Alder Street green rink Monday night, coming away with a hard fought 21 win over the Hurricanes. Monday nights win combined with victories over Streetsville, Bramalea and Milton extends the Crushers pre-season winning streak to 4-0 over the weekend's play.

     JUMP START.With the help of Orangeville store employees Kathleen Swan and Krystin Noftall, Canadian Tire representative Harry Bell accepts a cheque in the amount of $2000 from Jesse Leitch and Natalie Robertson. The money was raised at the recent Russell Steele Memorial Baseball tournament and will be going to the Orangeville Chapter of the CanadianTire Jump Start program which helps local youth get involved in organized sports programs.
