Murder mystery train tour coming
The Credit Valley Explorer Tour Train plans to present an exciting murdermystery dinner on April 21 that will feature a 1940's big band theme on April 21st.
Passengers are being invited to dress up in their best Glenn Miller-era outfits and be part of the fun on the special charter tour. The evening will begin at 5:30 with a welcome reception and hors d'ouvres in the new Orangeville station, where members of Murders Tastefully Executed will mingle with passengers and set the stage for the evening's events to unfold.
A choice of Atlantic salmon or top sirloin dinner will be served in the dining car as the train travels through the Credit Valley.
Meanwhile, the mystery will deepen, clues be given and suspects questionably questioned. You may jump in and be a part of the mystery, or just sit back, be waited upon and enjoy the laughs and entertainment.
On returning to the Orangeville station, passengers will be welcomed with a post-tour reception and dancing to a live band playing big-band era favourites before heading home with a souvenir of the evening.
The return fare is $110 per person, which includes train tour, dinner, murder-mystery and entertainment.
Complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments will be served throughout the tour, and a cash bar is available.
Advance reservations are required. For reservations and information visit www. creditvalleyexplorer.com or call 1-888-346-0046.
