Brampton man dead in Highway 10 crash

A Brampton man was pronounced dead at the scene of a collision on Highway 10 in Melancthon last Friday afternoon.

Thomas Paterson, 63, was driving a southbound 1991 Chevrolet sedan when it crossed the center line and collided with a northbound 2004 Honda SUV.

The driver and the passenger of the Honda were transported to Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville with non-lifethreatening injuries.

At the time of the collision, the roads were icy and partially snow covered.
