Last Saturday afternoon, a Caledon OPP officer observed a motor vehicle traveling at what appeared to be an extreme high speed on Highway 10 near The Grange Side Road in Caledon.

Martyn Cousin, 51, of Collingwood is accused of speeding 163 km/h in the 80-km/h zone. He is to appear in court April 19.
