Oilers double up 4-2 over Senators

The McDonalds Oilers and the Mullin, Twaites and

Ward Senators traded goals in the first period and then the Oilers scored to take a 2- 1 lead into the third.

The Senators tied it up in the first shift of the final period before McDonalds scored with 7:00 left to take the lead and added an insurance goal with 1:33 left.

Kurtis Cotton-Petersen picked up 4 goals for the Oilers and Connor Krofchick, Zachary Adams, Mark Strudwick and Adam Kennedy chipped in with assists.

Joe Shoreman had a goal and an assist for Mullin, Twaites and Ward while Carson Coates scored the other goal and Jack Scaife added an assist.

Keegan Madden was outstanding in goal for the Senators and Mason Kameka of the Oilers played another solid game, making quite a few great saves. Orangeville Hawks House League Week 9, Jan 27
