At the end of March, the Town of Orangeville was keeping close to its 2007 budget, with operating and capital expenditures coming close to or just under the 25 per cent target. One woman died and two others were hospitalized in a single-vehicle accident north of Alton Saturday night. The driver, Miranda Coish, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers, Taryn Henry, 21, of East Garafraxa and Bradley Shell, 21, of Orangeville were taken to Headwaters Health Care Centre and then sent to Sunnybrook Medical Centre for further treatment.
