KEN MANWELL AWARD: Outgoing president Frank Lomack of the Royal Canadian Legion, Orangeville branch, presents Gloria Thomas with former president Ken Manwell's award for her voluntary efforts and team work while serving on the executive committee for 2006. Mr. Lomack, who did not stand for re-election Monday, will be handing the reins to incoming president Ron Simms next month.
