It's back into the ring for a number of young local fighters entered to participate in an amateur boxing card at Bigtyme Fitness on Saturday afternoon.

Leading the procession of Bigtyme contenders into the squared circle are local fan favorites Steve Franjic, Padraic Griffin and Andrew Gales.

Gord Franjic will also be getting a chance to show his stuff between the ropes when he goes up against Nathan Perrot of the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Ten bouts are scheduled on this Olympic-style amateur card of boxing and tickets are $10 each,available at the gym.
