HAPPY RETIREMENT: No matter where you or your children might have attended elementary school in Dufferin in the past decade or so, chances are you would have known Rosemarie Armstrong (formerly Bind) as either a teacher or the principal. Now in retirement, she is pursuing her former art hobby and picture framing at Natural Edge Designs on County Road 11 (Amaranth Third Line).
