Orangeville Crushers officially kicked off their 2007- 08 hockey campaign this past weekend when they played host to the Huntsville Otters. Although the end result was not exactly what they had hoped for, the Crushers put in a solid performance on the way to being handed a 3-1 loss by the Otters. More ... The Boston Pizza Peewee #1 Northmen lacrosse team ended their 2007 season by bringing home silver from the Ontario "A" provincials. A regular season record of 17 wins, six losses and one tie, easily placed the young Northmen in the "A" division for the provincials with the top 14 teams in the province. More ... Orangeville Parks and Recreation is again hosting an Introduction to Competition A course on Sept 29/30/07 . The cost for the course is $95 which includes a workbook and a manual.
