Whatever else, it wasn't 'time for a change'
      ANY WAY YOU WANT to look at it, last week's provincial election produced a massive endorsation of the status quo. Provincially, Premier Dalton McGuinty did what no other Liberal premier of Ontario had done since Mitch Hepburn accomplished the feat in 1934 and 1937, winning back-to-back majorities. And there was hardly any change in the over-all party standings.

Wherein lies the justice?
      IT IS GOOD TO SEE the province cracking down on racing motorists who veer in and out of traffic at breakneck speeds with wanton disregard for the safety of others.
