On Friday October 26th, The Friday Night Dinner selection will be Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Rice and Mixed Vegetables. Dinner will be served from 5 till 7 p.m. Drop in and enjoy a fine meal. Lindsay Morgan will be entertaining in the Lounge from 6 till 10 p.m.

Our Saturday Evening Karaoke will be provided by Music Talks. The evening commences at 9 p.m. This is an enjoyable way to spend the evening, do drop in & join us.

Our Barrier Free Access Campaign is currently underway. We wish to thank the members who have contributed to our fundraising efforts and also local corporations who have contributed to this necessary effort. As further information becomes available it will be made available in this column.

Our Annual Poppy Campaign begins this Friday, Brian Richardson, Branch Poppy Chair wishes to remind Members to come and sign up for their 2 hour shifts. This is The Legion's Main Fundraiser that enables us to provide services for our Veterans and the Community.

Branch 233 is holding a Halloween Dance on Saturday October 27th. The Dance will commence at 8:30 pm. Tickets are available at the legion for $10per person or $15 per couple. There will be door prizes & a light buffet. This event is open to the public.
