Photo/PAUL HUTCHINGS THE HOME AT LAST PROGRAM was official launched for the Dufferin-Caledon area on Tuesday. The program helps senior citizens re-establish themselves when they are discharged from the hospital. In attendance for the event were Mary Wheelwright and Bob Baynham of the Headwaters Health Care Centre, Neil McIntosh of the Central West Local Health Integration Network, Gordon Gunning of CANES Home Support Services and Laurence Wolfson of the William Osler Health Centre.
