On Nov. 26, officers from Dufferin OPP detachment and the Central Region Rural Agricultural Crime Team executing a search warrant at a farm property in Mulmur township seized a 2006 Bombardier 4-wheel ATV, a 2004 Polaris 4- wheel ATV, and a .22 calibre rifle.

Both ATVs were allegedly stolen from Wellington County.

Derek Van Dyke, 44, of Mulmur faces two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and unsafe storage of a firearm. He is to appear in Orangeville Criminal Court on December 18.
