Photo/DAN PELTON WATER WHEELCHAIR: Orangeville's Accessibility Committee has purchased a water wheelchair and eight lifejackets to assist those with disabilities at Orangeville's pools. Displaying the water wheelchair that will be used at the Alder Street Recreation Centre pool and the lifejackets that will be split between the pools at the two recreation centres are members of the Accessibility Committee Larry Rankin, Charles Nockolds, Barb Ven Etten, Carrie Cunningham, Aquatic Supervisor Deb Halls and Leila Stewart. The water wheelchair cost approximately $1,800 and the lifejackets totalled $2,000. This is the second water wheelchair at the Alder pool, with the first one purchased by the Town in 2003.
