Differing opinions on immigration column
      Re: Column "Immigrants! If you hated it, leave it behind" I read through the March 6, 2008 column by Constance Scrafield-Danby several times, deeply saddened by the attitudes it revealed. The writer wanted to convey her belief that new immigrants should be willing to learn the language and customs of their adopted country. I have no objection to that.

      The following letter is addressed to Mayor Rob Adams I understand that a decision of council at which did not attend, was to forgive a new company or industry coming to Orangeville form "paying their water bill." I find this outrageous.

Thanks for ruining March Break
      On Monday, March 10, 2008 I was really excited that I would be able to spend one day of this March Break with my step kids. I took them out for breakfast then we went bowling, grocery shopping and finally home. I got home to find that we had been robbed.
