By now you know of the Notice of Motion Meeting on August 6, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Meeting will be held upstairs to accommodate all of our members. Should you require transportation please call Ed Kelly at the branch.

Congratulations to all 16 students who received bursary's for their Post secondary education in a combined amount of over $8,000 from our Poppy Trust and Nevada Trust Funds.

We will be attending Warriors Day at the Exhibition on August 16, 2008. There will be a $12 fee which includes admission to the CNE. Veterans are free; please call the Legion to book your seat on the bus.

Our annual Golf Scramble will be held on August 24, 2008. Sign up at the branch. Cost is $38 per person. There will be prizes and a BBQ. Come join us for a great time.
