Shelburne Wolves Hockey Little Country Preschool/Shelburne Rotary Club Mites played two games over the weekend.

On Saturday, they traveled to Dundalk winning a barn burner in the dying seconds when Keegan Prins scored to give Shelburne the victory by a score of 7-6.

Cooper Cavey scored his first goal as a Mite. Other goals were scored by Ben Nicholson, Nolan Evason and a hat trick by Owen Holliday.

On Sunday, they hosted Flesherton at home and lost 10-5.

Kaleb Martin scored his first goal of the season, while Nolan Evason and Keegan Prins each netted a pair of goals in the loss.

Sunvale Homes Tyke LL# 3 played two games over the weekend against Flesherton and Dundalk.

Braden Doiron and Rylan Webster each took a turn in net and were each awarded the Boston Pizza Player of the Game award for their excellent netminding skills in their respective games.
