Upper Grand board lists $100,000+ salaries

Again last year, Education Director Martha Rogers was the Upper Grand District School Board's top income earner.

As required by the Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, the board this week released a list of the 64 board employees who were paid more than $100,000 in 2008.

The education director topped the list at a salary of $192,573.95 plus taxable benefits of $1,097.76.

Next in line were five board superintendents, who each received about $152,000 in salaries and taxable benefits. All 63 names on the list were management personnel, including superintendents, principals and vice-principals.
