Isotope crisis: far more questions than answers
      THE ONLY POINT on which there seems to be agreement is that the shutdown of the Canadian nuclear reactor that once supplied two-thirds of the world's life-saving medical isotopes is going to lead to untold numbers of deaths and prolonged illnesses.

      OUR CONGRATULATIONS go out to Vic Large, whose 28 years on Orangeville council have finally been recognized through the naming of a new street in the town as Victor Large Way. Now a resident of Vancouver Island, Mr. Large was Dufferin's warden in 1990 after serving eight years as the town's mayor.
