Laldeo Sankar of Orangeville won $200,000 from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming commission's Daily Keno draw on August 9, 2009.

"I was at home when I realized I won. I was so excited I couldn't sleep," Mr. Sankar said of the win. Sankar is 49 and currently unemployed. He is single with two children and plans to use his windfall to help his children.

The winning ticket was purchased in Newmarket.
