MEMORIAL DONATION: Dennis Middlebrook donated two beautiful maple trees to Headwaters Health Care in Orangeville, in memory of his father. They are part of the initiative to add hardy and lovely trees to enhance the grounds of the hospital. Klaus, owner of Glen Echo, assisted Dennis with equipment and Dennis's mother Marion is happy that her husband, who loved trees, will be remembered for years to come, by these beauties. The hospital gardens and trees are totally funded and maintained by the Friendship Gardens Volunteers, a group of local citizens wanting to make the grounds beautiful for patients, staff and visitors. On Sept.19 in the Kid's Garden there will be a fall sale of plants to raise funds for the ongoing care of these special therapeutic gardens.
