Random Reflections
'Romance of the rails' still lives on
The weather was typical of this October — cool and wet, albeit not as cold as we're finding it this week — and the fall colours were barely discernable. But all aboard the Credit Valley Explorer were clearly enjoying the experimental two-hour run down to Inglewood.

There'll always be a Thames
The London (U.K) tube map is a tangle of coloured underground transport routes. The Central Line is marked in red, the Circle Line in yellow. The Piccadilly Line is dark blue, the Victoria in light blue, the Northern in black, the Bakerloo in brown, the District Line in green and so on.

Obama seems to be taking the same path
Here's something worth noting. Aging Cuban dictator Fidel Castro said something that actually made sense. What kind of person are you?
I think all of us know someone who can lift our spirits. They are the kind of people who seem to have the ability, which not everyone has, to help us when we are feeling down. More often than not they are the people who live life with a childlike joy, who haven't lost the joie de vivre and we feel that when we are in their presence.

Healthy Foundations
It's no secret that the human body needs water. This fact is not questioned but most people don't know exactly the health benefits of water are. As well how much water should be consumed to keep their bodies working effectively. When skin cells are hydrated, they expand and the skin appears smooth.
