Photo/DAN PELTON CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS month is October and its signature colour, purple, was displayed by Humber College Early Childhood Education students Monday during a fund-raising bake sale partially aimed at raising awareness of the child abuse issue. Helping the cause were at Humber's Alder Street site were (left to right): Natasha Weatherby, Stephanie Geiser, Anna Lee Geesnik and Miranda Milley. Ms. Geiser and Ms. Geesnik were both holding Corey, the campaign's mascot.
