Photo DAN PELTON RUNNING AGAINST DIABETES: Boston Pizza on Beuna Vista Drive was the site of a Team Diabetes fundraiser Tuesday night. Among other money-raising efforts, the restaurant donated ten per cent of its sales between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. to the cause of sponsoring runners to travel to, and compete in, marathons aimed at raising funds to combat diabetes. On hand were, left to right, half-marathoner and type-1 diabetes sufferer Sue Sammut, marathoner Stephane Doyle who lost her husband to diabetes, and Boston Pizza community events coordinator Robyn Gonsalves.
