The Dufferin County Museum and Archives has on exhibit in the Museum Lodge, the military history of Dufferin County Veterans.

With photographs, documents, and objects, the exhibit highlights the service of local veterans. The exhibit features an 18th Century powder horn, a bayonet used at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, a late 19th century militia tunic, selections from the WWI MacPherson collection, and an array of WWII Toronto Star magazines, as well as many other artifacts of interest.

Admission to the Museum for any veteran, including militia and peacekeepers, during regular Museum hours, will be free while the exhibit is up, until this Saturday, November 14.
