IN MONO, CHRISTMAS season is not officially over until Bob Shirley and the boys have put your tree through the chipper at the annual Mono Winterfest. The unseasonably mild temperatures Sunday were a factor leading to a large turnout for this year’s event, held at Mono’s Community Centre in Mono Centre.
