Public Speaking will be held at Branch level on Feb. 14, 2010. Registration: 12:30, competitions start promptly at 1 PM. All schools have been notified, students may check with their teachers. Winners will go on to Zone competition Feb. 28, 2010. Also to be held at the Branch.
