Busy month for Crime Stoppers

February was a busy month for Crime Stoppers of Simcoe-Dufferin-Muskoka. The organization received 183 calls, which assisted police in clearing nine cases involving narcotics and other Criminal Code and provincial statute offences.

The resultant investigations led to four arrests and 15 charges being laid.

When the Community and the Police work together, results can be obtained. Anyone with information about a crime is encouraged to call 1- 800-222-8477.
