THE LATTER-DAY LEPRECHAUNS, aka Cathwyn and Rob Portas, were welcoming folks to partake in the green beer and the blarney at the St. Patrick’s Day festivities Wednesday night at the Winchester Arms on Broadway. Bars and restaurants across Orangeville were doing their bit to celebrate the day for the Irish and those who wish they were.
