THE AMARANTH LIONS CLUB donated $2,700 to Headwaters Health Care Foundation last week; proceeds that were raised through the sale of their 2010 “cash calendars”. The proceeds will be directed to the Dialysis Program at Headwaters. The gift was inspired by Lion Bill Brownell who recently passed away. Cash calendar winners are posted every 2 weeks at www.amaranthlionsclub.com. Draws will continue until December 31, 2010.
