Orangeville Police Service has charged a 55- year- old Toronto man with sexual assault after a female complainant told the Toronto Police Service about an incident in February in Orangeville.

During an unrelated investigation, an adult female gave Toronto Police Service detectives details of an incident of inappropriate touching by her landlord at her residence in Orangeville.

The accused male is also a pastor at the complainant’s church in Toronto. The information was provided to Orangeville Police detectives since the alleged incident occurred in Orangeville.

Facing one count of sexual assault is Jae-Kap Song of Toronto, who is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Orangeville on April 13, to answer to the allegations.

Police say this incident is not connected to the incident investigated by Toronto police.
