$150,000 donation

Headwaters Health Care Foundation accepted a donation of $150,000 from Headwaters Health Care Auxiliary last week at the Orangeville Seniors Centre. “We are extremely fortunate to have such tremendous support from our hospital Auxilians. . The auxiliary raised these funds from a variety of events and activities held throughout the year, including the Annual House Tour, Candy Cane Fair, Teddy Bear Clinic, quilt raffle, golf tournament, and lottery. Proceeds from the Gift Shop and Coffee Bar are also included in the total. In addition to their fundraising activities, Auxiliary members play an invaluable role in the operation of the hospital, by providing aid and comfort to patients and their families through direct contact as patient escorts, greeters and liaisons.
