BORN ON THE RUN:
Lucy Summers holds Katie, who was born in a car by an Amaranth roadside at 3:20 a.m. Aug. 27, as proud mama Kelly Horne looks on. Lucy, who delivered the placenta after 6 lb-6 oz Katie insisted on arriving on her own, is a licensed RPN in England but a receptionist at Mel Lloyd Medical Team here.
