The dress, made by her Big Sister’s mother, was sent to Barth’s Cleaning Centre containing stains and discolouration from 23 years ago. “There were a lot of pieces to it and lace that was all hand stitched,” she said, adding: “Barth’s came through with a miracle for a special young lady who is part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dufferin.”
