The Shelburne Peewee 2 finished up their regular season with five games in January going 4-1.

Shelburne played Creemore at home on Jan. 10, and came away with a 6- 3 win. Scoring for Shelburne was Kyle Burke and Sawyer Kirsten with three goals each.

Assists went to Andrew Zorychta (3), Jeff Duern, Rory Purdy, Myles Lee, Kyle Burke and Jared Wasson with singles.

On Jan. 22, Shelburne traveled to Dundalk but lost 5- 3. Scoring for Shelburne were Luke Russell, Johnathan Donnelly and Kyle Burke with the sole assist going to Brendan Stanton.

Shelburne played back to back games with Honeywood on Jan. 24, 27.

The Peewee 2 team came away with a 5-2 victory.

Scoring for Shelburne with 4 goals was Kyle Burke and a single going to Sawyer Kirsten. Assists went to Liam McLeod with 2 and Ayden Litt (1).

Shelburne took the rematch in Honeywood 5-3. Shelburne goals from Kyle Burke with 3, Sawyer Kirsten and Ayden Litt with singles. The Peewee 2 team finished the regular season in Collingwood on January 28, 2012 coming awaywitha1to 0 victory. Alan Godbout played an amazing game in net saving a breakaway in the last two minutes of the game.

Sawyer Kirsten scored the lone marker for Shelburne from a lead pass from Rory Purdy.
